Each piece is handcrafted and therefore unique, so slight variations in size, texture, and color are to be expected.

Where do you ship your products from?
For US orders, we ship all our products from our facilities in NJ and PA and not directly from Greece. Which means you will get your order either through USPS, UPS or FedEx.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you have 30 days to return the item(s) in their original condition for store credit. Please note that we do not offer refunds at this time.

Sweet little candlestick. Great detail and craftsmanship. Only downside is getting the residual wax out from the small opening.
Hi Kimberly, thank you for your kind words! We're glad you love the craftsmanship. For the wax, if some of our natural beeswax has already found its way inside, don’t worry at all—it’s very simple to clear!
- Run the top of the candlestick under hot water for a few seconds to soften the wax.
- Carefully use a sturdy wooden skewer or thick toothpick to lift from the side and gently remove any remaining wax. Note: Be mindful not to discard any wax pieces down the sink.
- Clean the area with a paper towel, making sure the opening is fully dry before using it again.
Just be sure to go slowly so the surface of your holder stays smooth and unscratched.
