If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you have 30 days to return the item(s) in their original condition for a full refund.
We currently do not offer refunds for our pottery products, but you will receive store credit.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We package all our items with great care, to ensure they make it to your door. Accidents can happen though! If your item arrived damaged or broken from shipping, please take as many pictures as possible, keep the original packaging, and contact our team at care@otheblue.com
How long does it take to get my store credit?
Please allow 5 business days for us to process your return once it reaches our warehouse. If you haven't received your store credit email within that time, contact us at care@otheblue.com
Does my store credit ever expire?
"No, store credit has no expiration date and can be resent if it's lost or deleted."
