How long does it take to process an order?
All products are made-to-order in small batches, so our artisans can make only what we need and leave no waste behind. From the time you place the order, until the time the products ship from our facility, we allow 6-8 weeks.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you have 30 days to return the item(s) in their original condition for store credit. Please note that we do not offer refunds at this time.
What are the shipping options?
For orders up to $250, we offer the below options:
- Ground shipping: $15
- Express shipping: $30
For orders more than $250, we offer the below options:
- Ground shipping: Free
- Express shipping: $30
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we do not ship internationally.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We package all our items with great care, to ensure they make it to your door. Accidents can happen though! If your item arrived damaged or broken from shipping, please take as many pictures as possible, keep the original packaging, and contact our team at care@otheblue.com
