How long does it take to process an order?
All in-stock brass candlestick and candle orders ship within 48 hours via USPS or UPS, with delivery to the continental U.S. in 4–6 days.
For our ceramics, most pieces are made to order in small batches, allowing our artisans to create only what’s needed—minimizing waste at every step. From the time you place your order to the time it ships from our facility, please allow 6–8 weeks. If an item is in stock, it may ship sooner. We advise the estimated delivery time for each product on its product page.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return items in their original condition.
For candlesticks and candles, we offer a full refund or store credit.
For ceramics, we offer store credit only, as most pieces are made to order.
Return shipping is on us—we’ll provide a prepaid label to make it easy.
What are the shipping options?
We offer a flat $15 ground shipping rate for orders up to $250. Orders over $250 ship free via ground.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we do not ship internationally.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We package all our items with great care, to ensure they make it to your door. Accidents can happen though! If your item arrived damaged or broken from shipping, please take as many pictures as possible, keep the original packaging, and contact our team at care@otheblue.com
