How long will it take to get my order?
In-Stock Items
Products marked as in-stock are ready to ship. Orders are processed and fulfilled within 48 hours of purchase.
You can choose from two delivery options at checkout:
US Orders
- Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2 business days
- Overnight Shipping: Next business day
International Orders
- Economy International: 5-10 business days
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
Made-to-Order Products
Products marked as made-to-order (with a "Pre-order" button) are crafted specially for you. Please allow 4–6 weeks for production before your order is shipped.
When your order is ready, it will be fulfilled and shipped using your selected delivery method. You’ll receive email updates throughout the process so you can follow your order’s progress.
If your order includes both in-stock and made-to-order items, we may ship them separately so you can receive available pieces sooner.

Where do you ship your orders from?
We ship all our products from our warehouses in New Jersey and Oklahoma
Which carriers do you use for shipping?
Our US orders are shipped through UPS, USPS, or FedEx, depending on the best available rates.
Our International orders are shipped through DHL.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to the US, Canada, and Australia. Please note that our made-to-order ceramics are available exclusively within the US.
