Our Melissa Thin Taper Candles are crafted from 100% pure beeswax and offered in four distinct finishes. The Natural and Ivory tapers are fragrance-free, highlighting the beeswax’s natural warmth. The Black tapers are delicately scented with myrrh, while the Burgundy tapers feature a soft sandalwood fragrance.

Not when used correctly! Just keep them upright in their holder and away from drafts, and they’ll burn cleanly and evenly.

How long does each candle burn?

Our thin tapers burn for approximately 60 minutes each, making them ideal for evening rituals, journaling, or winding down before sleep.

How should I care for the brass holder?

To maintain its soft glow, gently polish the brass occasionally with a clean cloth. Over time, it will develop a natural patina that adds depth and character.

What should I do if wax gets stuck in the holder?

If wax becomes stuck, gently loosen it with a small tool such as a corkscrew or butter knife, taking care not to scratch the holder. If needed, place the holder in the freezer for about 30 minutes—once the wax hardens, it should pop out easily. As a last option, gently warm the holder so the wax softens, then remove it carefully.
