Every piece from Out of the Blue is prepared with care — whether it’s ready to ship or made just for you. Below you’ll find how we handle each order so you know exactly what to expect.
In-Stock Items
Products marked as in-stock are ready to ship. Orders are processed and fulfilled within 48 hours of purchase.
For US order you can choose from three delivery options at checkout:

Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
Shipping to Canada & Australia
Canada
We ship to Canada via Economy International for a flat rate of $19.95 CAD. Orders ship within 1–3 business days and typically arrive in 5–10 business days, though delivery may take longer depending on customs processing. Made-to-order items follow the same production timelines listed above before shipping. Please note that orders shipped to Canada are not eligible for return.
Australia
We ship to Australia via Economy International for a flat rate of $19.95 AUD. Orders ship within 1–3 business days and typically arrive in 5–10 business days, though delivery may take longer depending on customs processing. Made-to-order items follow the same production timelines listed above before shipping. Please note that orders shipped to Australia are not eligible for return.
Made-to-Order Products
Products marked as made-to-order (with a "Pre-order" button) are crafted specially for you. Please allow 4–6 weeks for production before your order is shipped.
When your order is ready, it will be fulfilled and shipped using your selected delivery method. You’ll receive email updates throughout the process so you can follow your order’s progress.
If your order includes both in-stock and made-to-order items, we may ship them separately so you can receive available pieces sooner.
