Where do you ship your products from?
For US orders, we ship all our products from our facilities in NJ and PA and not directly from Greece. Which means you will get your order either through USPS, UPS or FedEx.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you have 30 days to return the item(s) in their original condition for store credit. Please note that we do not offer refunds at this time.

My candles and holder arrived a week or so ago. Just opening the package, I was swept away by the combined, subtle, hauntingly beautiful scents. They are ancient, pure, and timeless as a Greek vase. The proportions of candle and holder is, in itself, incredibly calming, soothing. Beauty exists, and these candles are proof that all is not lost. I am especially grateful that I was able to light one of these candles on the passing of Greek icon, Marinella. Kalo taxidi.
They pull at me. A letter I need to write, my to do list and the things in my head. I choose instead of those things to stop and take a mindful moment for me. I light my “stillness” candle and just watch the flame and only think of it. A slow unwinding for my soul and thoughts that want to race around inside my head.

The tapers are beautiful, they fit the candlesticks perfectly. Each one has a lovely, scent. They burn beautifully, evenly, absolutely no drip. They burn a long time.

The thin taper candles are beautiful and simple, however, four of burgundy color taper did not burn all the way and they would not relight - apparently there was a problem with the wicks. Prior to this I've only ordered the lightest color candle and have never had a problem. Given the tapers are pricey it doesn't feel as special when 25% of them in the box were defective :( This is the reason for only 3 stars.
